My client is seeking an MEP Project Cost Manager to join our London MEP Cost Management team. Key Responsibilities: Perform quantity take-offs for lighting, containment, pipework, ductwork, etc., with minimal supervision. Review and cost variations, with guidance as needed. Source and obtain pricing for plant items, liaising with suppliers and ensuring timely follow-ups. Assist in reviewing valuation submissions from contractors, including conducting site visits. Maintain accurate cost logs, ensuring all relevant updates from emails and meetings are recorded promptly. Support cost reporting and financial analysis. Contribute to cost planning across all RIBA stages. Required Skills and Experience: BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. MEP cost management experience is essential and must be clearly stated in your application. This will be discussed and evidenced at the interview. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at all levels. A proactive and collaborative work ethic, supporting teams across the business to meet deadlines.
